The GCR Technical Support Group consists of the GCR Chief Operations Officer, the Deputy Operations Manager, two seasoned HVAC technicians, and a certified Reliability Center Maintenance professional.

This team has the education, skills, and experience to troubleshoot and conduct repairs in any situation. They also provide management guidance in mechanical systems, direct digital control systems, MAXIMO employment and reliability centered maintenance.

The primary purpose of the Technical Support Group is to support existing GCR projects in the execution of our contract requirements and to enhance our onsite capability. Additionally, the group is available to provide support to other customers at the installations where we serve.
