GCR’s approach to facility investment services is based on the principles of reliability centered maintenance; condition monitoring, testing, and inspection; scheduling to minimize outages, repairs, and downtime; and processes to identify potential issues before they become maintenance problems.

Our objective is to guarantee the proper operation of maintained equipment to meet all operational requirements. We integrate preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, Predictive Testing, and Inspection (PT&I), unplanned repair (also called reactive maintenance), and proactive maintenance to increase the probability that a machine or component will function in the required manner over its design life cycle with a minimum amount of maintenance downtime.
